Can Healthy Food Taste Good Too?

Not only did the holiday with the best food just pass, but we go to school in a city known for some of the most delicious food in the world.  Despite how tasty the food is, both Thanksgiving and New Orleanian food are known for the amount of calories, fat, and sugar.  That’s why you should check out Your Nutrition Delivered! Erik Frank, founder, has created New Orleans-style dishes that are both delicious and nutritious!

Part of their model is “smart vending machines” which offer healthy options to organization employees.  They also hope that insurance plans will cover healthy meals for qualifying patients and that physicians will treat patients with healthy nutrition plans rather than medicine and surgeries.  They really try to make the most impact by targeting the key moments where we make crucial food decisions.

Hopefully, they’ll come up with tasty Thanksgiving dishes that are just as good for you!
