What is Taylor Hub?

Taylor Hub is designed for students interested and engaged in social innovation and social entrepreneurship. The Hub serves as a platform to showcase and evaluate innovative work happening in the Tulane and New Orleans community as well as tell the stories of students, faculty, and community members propelling social change.

Who manages and contributes to Taylor Hub?

The Hub is managed by members of the Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking. Although the managers of the blog work at Taylor, contributors to the Hub are made up of an array of students, faculty, and community members who all have unique insight into the world of social innovation.

What is the Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking?

Taylor aims to dissolves boundaries and inspire collaboration between students, staff, faculty, and community members to develop innovative solutions to society’s most pressing social and environmental problems. The Center coalesces campus and community engagement in social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and design thinking, to provide a unique interdisciplinary intersection of thought and action on our campus and in our local and global community. Taylor does this through academic opportunities, trainings, and activities.
