GLOBECHANGERS is based on a simple TEN STEP PLAN designed to take young Americans 25 or under from ideation to implementation as quickly and comprehensively as possible. The TEN STEP PLAN is animated right here on our state-of-the- art website, with video explanations, document creation tools, and a mountain of examples to stimulate imagination and get results.

As you move through the plan, from “Think Big” to “Communicate,” you’re not just accomplishing a project: you’re gaining valuable leadership life skills, like successful communication and marketing, or fund raising.

Both this website and the TEN STEP PLAN are completely configurable to a variety of service projects, so you’re covered whether you’re interested in fundraising for wells in Africa, donating shoes to homeless shelters in America, or any other service project you might be passionate about. But it doesn’t end there: we support our Globechangers with personal mentoring from our partnering affiliated organizations and workplace Champions companies to keep the project on track and problem solve dynamically. Depending upon the stage of your project when you enroll in the program, you can start from scratch with just the hint of an idea, or you can focus on scaling up a more established service project or even a fledgling organization.
