Praveena Fernes is a junior from Fremont, CA and a Public Health major. She serves as a Community Service Fellow and Community Engagement Advocate. This summer, Praveena received Tulane funding to complete a summer internship at the Rogosin Institute, a non-profit treatment and research center for kidney disease. Affiliated with New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, The Rogosin Institute combines compassionate clinical care with innovative cutting edge research, policy analysis and humanitarian outreach.
