Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I am part of the combined BSPH/MPH program in the Department of Epidemiology. I have participated in various public health projects abroad, including Peru and Nicaragua, where water-borne diseases represent a substantial burden of disease. I am interested in studying how certain environmental conditions influence (including our social environment) impact our nutrition.
