I am a Tulane junior majoring in biology and public health. My interests include food security and culinary medicine. The Taylor Center made it possible for me to attend the Health Meets Food Conference in New Orleans, where I was able to network with distinguished professionals and envision a career in medicine with an emphasis on community health and nutrition.
