Heather Milton just finished her MS in Disaster Resilience Leadership at Tulane. She holds an MS in Geography and is a GIS Professional with a long history of technical instruction and disaster response. She is excited to move into a new chapter utilizing the SISE skills learned at the Taylor Center Changemakers Institute.
