I am a masters student at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I am interested in pursuing global public health research. I want to work in Central or South America because I admire the warm and welcoming culture I have experienced through my travels, studies or work. I was lucky to receive the Changemaker Catalyst Award to help fund my practicum internship program working with the non-profit, AMOS Health & Hope, in Nicaragua this past summer. The experience proved to be extraordinary and I am very appreciative.
