Hi! I’m Ale. I’m an international student from Mexico, currently a junior at Tulane studying Anthropology and Business Management. I hope to use my studies in the future to work with organizations that support intercultural communication and international cooperation. As part of my ongoing research for my senior thesis, the Taylor Center’s support this summer helped me conduct interviews with representatives of NGOs that support immigrants in Paris.

![Spaces that showcase linguistic diversity with a cause are special to me. To me, the "Mur des je t'aime" ("Wall of I love yous") in Paris's 18th arrondissement is a symbol of how differences can coexist to create beauty.](https://tuchangemakers.tulane.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/49/2018/11/mur-des-je-taimes-980x980.jpg)
