Can you believe TEDxTU is this THURSDAY?! It’s completely sold out and we’ve got a line of speakers that are sure to impress. Today, I’m going to write my last speaker feature before the event on Peter Ricchiuti, Founder and Director of Research of the Burkenroad Reports.

If you’re a business major, I’m sure that you’ve heard about the Burkenroads Reports program. If not, its a Tulane credit course, exclusive to the b-school, that offers students extensive training in equity analysis. The students are broken into teams that publish investment research reports on 40 stocks in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Hancock Bank uses these student-produced research reports to manage the Hancock Horizon Small Cap Burkenroad Fund (which has outperformed 99% of the nation’s mutual funds).
