Small Steps, Big Wins Campus Challenge

Today’s global problems can seem massive and unsolvable. Are you frustrated by the complexity of environmental or social issues? We think there’s a way to get students excited and involved in these issues, and to turn the tide on the status quo. Introducing: the Small Steps, Big Wins Campus Challenge.

The Small Steps, Big Wins Challenge (SSBW) is a competition for undergrads seeking to tackle our world’s social and environmental challenges one step at a time. For every small step you take, money will be donated to a charity of your choice, you’ll see how much CO2 you’re reducing and how much money you’re saving, and you’ll earn points that will allow you to compete to win prizes such as gift cards, water bottles, and t-shirts. This is a great way to make a difference at Tulane and become aware of the impact your daily actions have.

BE A TULANE SMALL STEPPER:

Got to http://www.smallsteps.netimpact.org , put in your name and email, select “Tulane University” and Net Impact as your group, and click “Join Now!” Then, you can start recording your small steps! Here’s how to record your first action: http://youtu.be/74NB5tF_AIk?list=UU96eOi2HEzNw0cV9LSCtlvw

The Small Steps, Big Wins Campus Challenge is an initiative of Net Impact, a community of more than 50,000 changemakers who are using their business skills to work for good throughout every sector – showing the world that it’s possible to make a net impact that benefits not just the bottom line, but people and planet, too.
