As part of our annual CELT Week activities, CELT will be hosting an Ignite-style event at which a series of speakers give brief, five-minute presentations to be followed by a keynote presenter. While some of our speakers will be esteemed alumni with experience in the job market, we’re also seeking current Tulane students!

Do you have experience in the professional world through internships or jobs? Do you believe what you’ve learned would be valuable to your peers? If so, we’re looking for people like you! You’d be responsible for giving a five-minute presentation in the Ignite style, which is similar to that of a TED talk, that will be available to the entire Tulane community. This opportunity is a fantastic resume-booster and a wonderful chance to benefit countless students as they transition into post-graduate life. The Ignite event will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd from 6:30-7:30 pm, with a reception to follow, in Kendall Cram and the Qatar Ballroom.

To apply, submit a Microsoft Word document containing a 300-word-or-less description of the experiences you would discuss in your presentation to either ahaverla@tulane.edu or nkuchari@tulane.edu. The application is due by March 28th.
