The HuffPost posted a great article today about Detroit as an emerging hub for entrepreneurs. 20-somethings are attracted to the blighted city because of low rent and cheap office space, and they are ultimately responsible for rebuilding and reviving Detroit. There’s a ton of opportunity in these unexpected places, and the human capital and new ventures popping up in Detroit are a sure sign of that.
